inlink for brands

한국어

inlink is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers. Brands open campaigns, influencers apply, and selected influencers create content.

The network platform that connects brands and influencers

Brands find influencers and run their marketing, and influencers find brand collaborations and earn from them.

If any of these sounds like you, there is a way to start right away.

  • Brands that need word of mouth on social — when you want social word-of-mouth marketing to introduce your brand. (Social content · Short-form video)
  • Sellers who need store reviews — when you want reviews on Coupang or SmartStore to build a base for sales. (Store reviews · Online purchase)
  • Businesses that need visitors at a store or an event — when you want to bring people to an offline store or an event. (Visit · In-store purchase)
  • Any brand working on awareness and sales — when you want to raise brand awareness and sales together. (All service types)

The platform in numbers

Registered influencers · Business members · Messages exchanged · Campaigns to date · Proposals to date · Content pieces submitted.

Every figure is counted from real data and nothing is rounded. The figures, the date they were measured on and the way each one is counted are published on the statistics page.

Four core features

Four core features that connect brands and influencers and keep the relationship going.

  1. Campaign recruiting and applications — a brand posts a campaign to recruit influencers, and influencers apply to the campaigns they want.
  2. Portfolios and proposals — influencers introduce themselves with a portfolio, and brands send a collaboration proposal to the influencers they like.
  3. Market listings and orders — influencers list content production services for sale, and brands buy the service they need.
  4. Real-time chat and points gifts — talk with your collaboration partner in real time, and say thank you with a points gift.

Collaboration types

Campaigns run as one of these five types.

TypeWhat it is
Social contentCollaborations where the influencer posts sponsored content on Naver Blog, Instagram, Threads, X and similar channels
Short-form videoCollaborations where the influencer posts a short-form video on Reels, Shorts, TikTok or Naver Clip
Model photo & videoCollaborations that produce images and video for the brand to use on product pages, ads and the like
Store reviewsCollaborations where the influencer buys online or in store and then writes a review
Surveys & eventsOther kinds of partnership beyond social advertising, such as taking a survey or bringing people to an event

Channels

Campaigns and collaborations run on these channels.

Collaboration methods

Send the product or invite people to your store — run it the way that fits your brand.

MethodWhat happens
DeliveryThe brand ships the product to the influencer's home
VisitThe brand invites the influencer to a store or an event
Online purchaseThe influencer buys it themselves from the online store the brand points to
In-store purchaseThe influencer buys it themselves at the store the brand points to
Points onlyThe brand pays a points reward only — no product and no visit

How you use it

Here is what you actually do in the Business Center, in the order you do it.

Campaigns

  1. Post a campaign — choose the type, the method, the reward and the number of spots, then publish the listing. With AI campaign setup you can draft the title and the guidelines in a conversation. (Campaigns › New campaign)
  2. Collect applications — once the listing is open, influencers apply. If you want more applications, boosting sends a notification to the influencers you target. (Campaigns › Campaign status · Boosting)
  3. Pick who you work with — in applicant management you look through each influencer's gender, age, rating, application message and channel figures, and select the ones you want. (Campaign status › Applicant management)
  4. Follow the work — talk one to one with the influencers you selected. Requests such as a cancellation or a deadline extension collect in Requests received, so you can see only the ones waiting on your answer. (Requests received · Collaborations)
  5. Approve the deliverable — review the deliverable that was submitted, then approve it or send a revision request. (Applicant management › Deliverables · Content album)
  6. Settle the reward — the reward you set when you posted the campaign goes to the influencer. For points top-ups, the tax invoice or cash receipt is issued automatically. (Billing › Top up points · Points and payment history)
  7. Check the results — when the campaign ends, the report shows applications, selections and submissions in one place. (Campaign status › Report)

Proposals

  1. Find influencers — narrow by category, channel and follower count to find the influencers you want. Instead of posting a listing and waiting, you reach out first. (Find influencers)
  2. Send a proposal with your terms — send a direct proposal carrying the collaboration type, the method and the reward. If the influencer changes the terms and counter-proposes, you negotiate from there; if there is no answer by the response deadline you set (7 days by default, anywhere from 3 to 30 days), the proposal expires on its own and the reward is returned to your points balance. (Proposals › Send a proposal)
  3. Send to many at once — send one proposal to every influencer who fits your criteria. A single send holds up to 1,000 influencers, and there is no limit on how many times you send; to reach more people, send in batches. With no subscription or on Starter you use direct proposals instead of bulk proposals. (Proposals › Bulk proposal — Growth · Pro)
  4. Negotiate and get an acceptance — read the replies and adjust the terms. If the influencer counter-proposes, you can change just the amount or the dates and go another round; once it is accepted, the work follows exactly the same stages as a campaign. (Proposals › Proposal detail)
  5. Settle the reward — for work that started as a proposal the reward is held as well, and it moves only after the deliverable is approved. It works the same way as a campaign, so there is nothing new to learn. (Billing › Points and payment history)

Market

  1. Browse the services you need — pick from the services influencers have listed: short-form production, product page photography, model shoots. You can buy straight away without posting a listing. (Market)
  2. Order and pay — write down what you need and place the order. What you pay is held rather than passed on, and it goes to the seller after you receive the work and check it. (Market › Order a service)
  3. Receive the work — when the seller finishes, the deliverable arrives in your order history. One screen shows which orders are still in progress and which are waiting on your check. (Billing › Order history)
  4. Check it and settle — once you check the work you received, the held amount goes to the seller. Payment records and documents — tax invoices and cash receipts — collect together under Billing. (Billing › Points and payment history)

Communication

  1. Talk in real time — talk directly with anyone you are connected to through a selection, a proposal or an order. You can send files and photos too, so there is no separate messenger to keep open. (Messages)
  2. Send a points gift — on top of the reward you agreed, you can send points as a gift to someone who did well. You send it from the conversation and the record stays. (Messages › Points gift)
  3. Get it as a notification — a new applicant, a submitted deliverable, an accepted proposal: each one reaches you in the app inbox and as a push notification. You choose which ones to turn on. (Settings › Notifications)
