Receiving and delivering a Market order (for sellers)
한국어How sellers accept or decline Market orders, submit deliverables, and what happens through buyer confirmation and automatic completion.
When an order comes in for your Market service, you handle it on the order management screen (/services/orders). The buyer's payment is not released to you right away; it is held safely (in escrow) until the work is done and the buyer confirms. This page covers the whole flow from a new order to settlement.
Checking a new order
- New orders appear in the order management list (
/services/orders), showing the service name, price, status badge and order time at a glance. - Tap an order to open order details, where you can see the buyer's requests and the service content at the time of purchase (options, price). Editing your service later does not change what is shown on an order already placed.
Order statuses are shown as follows.
| Status badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The order has arrived and is waiting for you to accept or decline |
| In progress | Accepted, work under way |
| Delivered (submitted) | Deliverable submitted, awaiting buyer confirmation |
| Revision requested | The buyer has asked for changes |
| Completed | Buyer confirmation (or automatic completion) is done and it has been settled |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled |
Accepting or declining
Use the Accept order or Decline button on the order details screen.
- Accept order changes the status to "in progress" and you can start work.
- Decline opens a confirmation; confirming returns the full payment to the buyer.
Doing the work and submitting
- Once the status is "in progress", a Submit deliverable button appears on the order details screen.
- Tapping it opens a form where you enter the deliverable URL (the address where the work is published — a blog, Instagram and so on) or attach deliverable files. Either one is enough; you can provide both.
- You can attach several files at once — images, PDFs, documents, archives, video — up to 30 files, each up to 500MB. For anything larger, upload it to a service such as Google Drive and put the share link in the deliverable URL field.
- Tapping Submit changes the status to "delivered (submitted)" and you wait for the buyer to confirm. 결과물 제출결과물 URL블로그·인스타그램 등 결과물이 올라간 주소결과물 파일최대 30개·파일당 500MB제출하기
Buyer confirmation
When the buyer reviews the work and taps Approve deliverable → Confirm completion and leave a review, the order status changes to "completed" and settlement to the seller follows (see the related article for settlement and fees). If the buyer leaves a review and rating, you can post a reply, and a posted reply can be edited once.
Automatic completion if the buyer does not respond
If the buyer neither confirms completion nor requests a revision for 14 days after your submission, the system completes the order automatically and settlement follows. The expected automatic approval date and time is shown when you submit.
If a revision is requested
If the buyer decides the work needs changes, the status changes to "revision requested" and the reason and the buyer's feedback appear in the order details. There is currently no separate resubmit button on the screen, so agree the next step with the buyer directly through the messages in the order details.
Once work is under way, or after you have submitted the deliverable, you cannot cancel the order yourself. If a cancellation is needed at that stage, follow the on-screen guidance and contact the inlink team by chat.
