Creating your MyLink — all your channels on one page

What MyLink is

MyLink is your own public page that gathers your social channels, introduction and portfolio in one place. Put this single address in the "link" field of your Instagram or YouTube profile and visitors can see all your channels and collaboration history at once. It is the same idea as a "link in bio" page (one profile link that collects several links).

Your MyLink page is created automatically when you sign up. It starts with a numeric address (in the form 12345.inlink.to), which you can change to a nicer one as described below. The public page shows your nickname and social handle (@…), not your legal name.

Tapping My Page > MyLink in the sidebar opens the management screen (/mylink/analytics), which has three tabs — statistics, inquiries and settings. Visitor numbers are under statistics, messages you received under inquiries, and your address and editing under settings.

What appears on MyLink

The profile photo, introduction, connected social channels and portfolio content on your MyLink page are pulled automatically from what you filled in elsewhere, rather than edited on a separate screen.

• Social channels: the channels registered under My Page > Social channels.
• Portfolio: content registered in content management or accumulated through campaigns and proposals.
• Introduction and cover image: the introduction and profile photo filled in under My Page > Edit profile.

Choosing and sharing your address

Manage your MyLink address in the settings tab of the management screen (/mylink/analytics).

1. While you still have the numeric address, the screen shows "your address is still a number — pick a nicer one for your bio" with the input field already open (lowercase letters, numbers and -, 3 to 30 characters). If you have already chosen one and want to change it again, tap change address.
2. Availability is checked as you type. If the address is available, tap save to confirm it.
3. The first change from the numeric address can be made straight away; after that you can change it again once every 30 days.
4. Use copy to copy the address into the link field of a social profile, or QR to download a QR code for offline materials.

Reading visitor analytics

The statistics tab of the same screen shows visitor data for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

• A summary of views, clicks, click-through rate (CTR) and unique visitors
• A graph of visits by date
• How many times each link was clicked
• Where visitors came from (top 5 referrers) and the split between desktop, mobile and tablet
• A log of recent visits and clicks

If you had visitors this week, a line at the top of the screen — on whichever tab you are on — says how many people viewed your MyLink. Before any data has accumulated, each item shows "no data yet".
