Connecting Instagram, blog and YouTube channels and setting up your profile
한국어How to connect your Instagram, blog and YouTube channels and fill in your profile to improve your chances of matching with campaigns.
To apply to campaigns you first need to register your social channels. Connecting a channel shows metrics such as followers and engagement rate on your profile and on the proposal screens brands see, which improves your chances of matching with campaigns. This page covers how to add channels and fill in your profile.
Why connect channels
Connecting a channel is effectively a prerequisite for applying to campaigns. The follower count, engagement rate and other metrics of a connected channel appear on your profile and on the proposal screen brands see, and brands use them when selecting you or sending a proposal. Without any channel, matching with campaigns becomes difficult.
Adding a channel (Instagram, blog, YouTube, TikTok)
- Go to My Page → Social channels (
/mypage/sns). - If this is your first channel, tap one of the platform buttons on screen (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Naver Blog and so on). If you already have channels, choose a platform in the "add channel" area.
- The Instagram "connect professional account" option (official connection with automatic sync) is currently in preparation and is shown as such. For now, register it with "enter manually".
- For other channels, enter the channel address or your social handle. The platform is detected automatically as you type, and if it differs from the one you picked, a warning appears with a button to switch to the correct platform.
- For YouTube, the "check channel" button pulls in public information (channel name, subscriber count) so you can confirm before registering (no login connection needed).
- Follower count and engagement rate are optional. You can leave them blank if you do not know them, and officially connected channels update automatically later.
- Tap Add channel to finish.

Filling in your profile
Under My Page → Edit my details (/mypage/profile) you can fill in basic information such as your nickname, introduction and activity area. The more complete your profile, the more information brands have when they send a proposal.
How channel metrics are used
- Channel status shows as one of three: API verified (official connection), URL registered (entered manually), or needs re-checking (a channel whose address has not been confirmed for a while).
- Officially connected channels can be refreshed with the "refresh all" button to update followers and engagement rate.
- Channels last confirmed more than six months ago, or with reports from brands, show a re-check banner at the top of the screen. Tap "yes, I checked" or edit the channel if your handle has changed. Inaccurate social details can count against you in selections and proposals.
Is my legal name and personal data safe
