When does the campaign reward arrive (payment timing)

한국어

When campaign and proposal rewards arrive through approval or automatic approval 14 days after submission, and where to check.

How payment works (submit → approval within 14 days → payment)

This describes campaigns that have a reward. Campaigns that provide only a product or service have no payment step; they simply complete at approval.

Rewards from campaigns and from accepted direct proposals are paid in points the moment the brand approves the deliverable (review URL, screenshots and so on) you submitted. Paid points appear immediately in the "points history" on My points, together with the campaign name.

Automatic payment if the brand does not respond

In case a brand reads your deliverable but forgets to approve it, submissions are approved and paid automatically 14 days after the submission date. In other words, unless the brand rejects it, the points arrive within 14 days at the latest. The same rule applies to campaigns, proposals and Market orders.

The "submitted" tab of My activity shows an "expected payment date M/D" for each item, so you can check in advance exactly when it should arrive.

When a revision request delays it

If there is a problem with your deliverable, the brand can reject it (request a revision). Check the request in the "rejected" tab of My activity, make the changes and submit again — that restarts the approval and payment process. Items with a revision request show "paid after approval" instead of an expected payment date, meaning the automatic payment date is not set until you resubmit.

Where to check payment

  • My activity → the "submitted" tab for the expected payment date, the "paid" tab to confirm payment.
  • My points → "points history" for the points actually paid and the campaign name.

Paid points can be withdrawn as cash from 10,000P.

If nothing has arrived

  1. Check the item's status in My activity — "submitted" means it is still awaiting approval (up to 14 days); "rejected" means it is waiting for your revision.
  2. If the status is "paid" but you cannot see the points in My points, you may have more than one account. Check whether you signed up with another email or social login (see the login and account articles for details).
  3. If that does not explain it, tell us through 1:1 inquiry.
