Creating a brand page and registering your company's brands
한국어How to register several brands inside one organization, set up the public brand page, and publish campaigns under a brand name.
How brands relate to organizations
On inlink an "organization" is the company a login account belongs to, and a "brand" is the name that actually runs campaigns and proposals inside that organization. A company running several cosmetics lines under different names can register several brands inside one organization and choose which brand name each campaign goes out under.
A brand is always shown by its company (brand) name — in campaigns, on the Market and on the brand page — and never by the real name of the person managing it.
How many brands you can register depends on your plan. Once you reach the limit, /biz/settings/brands tells you how many your current plan allows and what to do if you need more.
Adding a new brand
- Open
/biz/settings/brandsfrom the sidebar underSettings > Organization > Brands. If you have no brands yet you see a "register a brand" button; if you already have some, it reads "register a new brand". - The button opens the form at
/biz/settings/brands/new. Enter the company / brand name (required), the industry, the website and a brand description. - The business registration number is optional. It is used to show influencers more accurate information about the brand.
- Tap
register a brandand the brand is registered.
The blue "verified brand" check badge is not granted by a business registration number alone. It is added after the inlink team has checked the brand.
If you have used up your plan's allowance, the button changes to "add a brand (upgrade required)" and takes you to the plan page.
Setting up the brand page (public page)
Every brand you register also gets a brand page at an address of the form /brand/[address]. It shows the brand logo, the description, the campaigns you have run and reviews from influencers.
Who can see it — verification plus the visibility setting
The brand page opens to visitors only when both of these are in place.
- Brand verification — the inlink team has to check the brand and mark it a "verified brand". Before that the page stays closed whatever the visibility setting says, and visitors see a notice reading "this brand page is not public yet". Members of your own organization can preview it before verification.
- Visibility setting — in the "brand page" block of the brand list on
/biz/settings/brandsyou can choosepublic, privateorsupporters only. The default ispublic.public— anyone can see it.private— only members of your organization can see it.supporters only— only influencers you have accepted as supporters and members of your organization can see it.
Before verification the public and supporters only options are locked, and the screen shows instead who it will open to once verification finishes, for example "public after verification". The choice you make is kept, so once verification finishes the page opens at that setting without you doing anything.
On the /biz/settings/brands list you can tap a brand logo to change it, and edit to change the company / brand name, industry, website and description. A brand with no history can also be deleted from the same screen (deleting one frees a slot so you can register another brand).
Choosing the brand name for campaigns and proposals
If you have registered several brands, the new campaign screen at /biz/campaigns/new lets you choose which brand name to publish under. The brand you choose is what influencers see on the listing and on the brand page.
