Organization settings and managing brand verification

한국어

How to edit your organization name, business details and tax invoice details, and manage your email domain and brand verification status.

Opening the organization settings

Business Center > Settings > Organization is where you manage organization details, members, roles and the activity log. The left-hand menu has four entries — Organization details (/biz/settings/organization), Brands (/biz/settings/brands), Members & roles (/biz/settings/members) and Activity log (/biz/settings/activity; visible to the owner and admins only). This article covers organization details.

On the right you get a summary of your current points balance, how many brands belong to the organization and how many members it has.

Editing business and tax invoice details

The organization details screen holds the following.

  1. Trade name — the company / brand name
  2. Business registration number — enter it and tap verify to check its status with the National Tax Service in real time; you get either "confirmed with the National Tax Service — active business" or the reason it failed
  3. Representative name
  4. Address
  5. Business type / business category
  6. Tax invoice email — receipts and tax invoices are sent to this address
  7. Tax invoice CC email (optional) — an address copied on the tax invoice email

Fill them in and tap save. For the process of issuing a tax invoice itself, see How to get a tax invoice.

Only the owner and admins can edit this. Ordinary members can view it, and the screen tells them "view only — changing this requires the Owner or Admin role".

Email domain

Under email domain for automatic joining, further down the organization details screen, you can register your company email domain (for example company.com). Colleagues who sign up with that domain then become members of this organization automatically, which saves inviting people one by one in a larger organization. Shared mail domains such as gmail.com and naver.com cannot be registered.

A new domain is accepted when it matches the owner's own email domain.

Only the owner can change this setting. Admins and members see the registered domains as a read-only list, with a note asking them to contact the owner if a change is needed. To invite colleagues by individual email, see Inviting team members and managing roles.

Search engine visibility

inlink does not send campaigns to search engines such as Google and Naver by default. Search engine visibility is decided campaign by campaign by the inlink team, which is why there is no switch for it in the organization settings. A setting you turned off at organization level in the past stays as it was.

Nothing changes inside inlink itself.

  • Campaigns still appear in the campaign list and in search.
  • Anyone with the link can still open them.
  • Applications, selections, points and notifications are unaffected.

If you want a particular campaign shown in or kept out of search engines, ask the inlink team in chat. Including the campaign number makes it faster.

It takes time for a change to show up in search results: the search engine has to come back to the page, which can take days or weeks.

Managing brand verification status

"Brand verification" here refers to the list at Business Center > Settings > Organization > Brands (/biz/settings/brands). The blue check beside a brand name is added only to brands the inlink team has checked. Entering a business registration number does not add it automatically.

The business registration number is used for business features such as issuing tax invoices. For that process, see Business sign-up and business verification.
