How each campaign type works (delivery, visit, purchase, short-form)

한국어

What you do and how you submit your review for delivery, visit, purchase and short-form campaigns.

Once you are selected, what you do first depends on the campaign type. There are three main types — delivery, visit and purchase — plus campaigns that ask for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Everything after that (submitting your deliverable → approval within 14 days → payment) is the same for every type. For the overall flow after selection, start with What happens after you are selected.

Delivery-type (you receive the product)

The brand ships the product to the address you entered when applying.

  1. Once selected, check the shipping status on the activity screen (/activity).
  2. When the product arrives, use it according to the conditions on the campaign page (how long to use it, what must be mentioned and so on).
  3. After using it, create your review content and submit it as your deliverable.

The "product/service provided" section on the campaign page tells you exactly what you receive.

Visit-type (booking and visiting)

You visit a physical store or venue in person.

  1. Check the address, available visiting times, instructions and notices in the visit information on the campaign page.
  2. Book your visit the way the campaign describes (calling the store directly, or whichever method the brand set).
  3. Visit, try the product or service, then create and submit your review content.

Purchase-type (you buy it yourself)

You buy the product or service yourself and then post a review. It can be an online or an offline purchase.

  1. Check where and how to buy on the campaign page. Online purchase-type campaigns sometimes include a purchase link.
  2. Buy the product or service the way the campaign describes.
  3. Submit your review content together with proof of purchase (a receipt, a screenshot of your order and so on).

The reward can be smaller than the actual purchase price — the difference is yours to cover, so check the reward amount on the campaign page before you apply. If the store or price shown differs from reality, ask the brand through the contact route on the campaign page.

Short-form (making and posting a video)

These are campaigns where the content channel is a short video format such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok. It applies on top of how you receive the product (delivery, purchase and so on) — what differs is the format you post in, not what you receive.

  1. Check the requested channel (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) and the requirements (video length, required hashtags and mentions) on the campaign page.
  2. Produce the video to those requirements.
  3. Post it on your own channel and submit the post URL as your deliverable.

Common to all: submitting works the same way

Whatever the type, the rest is identical.

  1. Find the campaign on the activity screen (/activity) and submit your deliverable (review URL plus screenshots).
  2. The brand reviews it and approves, or sends a revision request if something does not match — then you submit again following their notes.
  3. If the brand does nothing for 14 days, the submission is approved automatically (and any reward is paid at that moment).
