What to do when you cannot log in to inlink (including migrated members)
한국어A self-check order for login failures, split accounts after migration, and old points that no longer appear.
First check: log in the way you signed up
The most common reason a login fails is trying a different method from the one you first signed up with. If you joined with Kakao and now log in with Naver or Google, inlink has no way to tell that it is the same person, so a completely new account can be created.
In the login window (the dialog that opens from the login button at the top right of the home screen), check these three things first.
- Whether you selected an account type — influencer or business — at the top; the login button does not work until you do.
- Whether the email and password are entered correctly.
- If you originally signed up with a social login (Google, Kakao, Naver), whether you are using that social button rather than the email and password fields.
If you do not remember which method you used, go to Find your signup email, verify your identity with the phone number you registered, and you will see the signup method (email, Kakao, Naver, Google) and a masked email address.
Resetting your password
If you do not remember your password, tap "Forgot your password?" or "Reset password" at the bottom of the login window. Enter the email you signed up with and a reset link is sent to that address. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder too.
Some migrated accounts have no password set at all (a characteristic of the older data). In that case, trying to log in shows a note that email login without a password is required, with the "Log in by email without a password" button highlighted. Tap it to receive a login link by email, then set a new password after logging in so that password login works from then on.
I was a ReviewShare or ShortformShare member and ended up with a new account
If you were active on ReviewShare or ShortformShare, you must log in with the method you signed up with (usually Naver or email) for your existing history to be connected.
If you have already signed up again with a different method (Kakao, for example), the two are treated as separate accounts and are not merged automatically. Do not try to merge them yourself — file a 1:1 inquiry with the following so we can check.
- The signup method and email (or phone number) you used on ReviewShare or ShortformShare
- The email and signup method of the account you recently created
- Which points or campaign history is missing
When points or campaigns are missing
If you can log in but the points or campaign history you built up earlier do not appear, look for these signs.
- Your balance shows as 0.
- The campaign list is empty, as if you had never taken part.
- You are logged in with an unfamiliar nickname or profile.
In most of these cases you are logged into a new account because the signup method changed. Go back to the section above and confirm your original signup method. If you want several login methods tidied into one account, see Managing login methods and connecting social accounts.
If it still does not work
If none of the above resolves it, file a 1:1 inquiry with the following. It makes the check faster.
- The email or phone number you used to sign up or log in
- The login method you tried (email, Google, Kakao, Naver)
- The error message on screen (a screenshot if you have one)
Frequently asked
Q. I can log in but I chose the wrong account type (influencer/business). A. Choose the account type again in the login window and log in. Influencer accounts and business accounts lead to different screens.
Q. I am a ReviewShare member but it looks like a new account was created. A. Do not merge them yourself — file a 1:1 inquiry with your original signup method and the new account details.
Q. My balance shows as 0. A. Most likely your accounts are split and you are logged into the newer one. Try logging in with your original signup method, and contact us if that does not work.
