Reviewing deliverables, requesting revisions and paying rewards
한국어How to approve or request revisions on deliverables influencers submit, how rewards are paid, and the 14-day automatic payment rule.
Seeing what was submitted
When a selected influencer submits their review content (URL) and screenshots, you review it in the applicant list on campaign details > applicant management (/biz/campaigns/[id]/applicants). Their status chip changes to "submitted", and tapping the deliverable area of that row (or list item, on mobile) opens a window collecting the submitted URLs and screenshot files. Attachments can be downloaded individually or all at once as a ZIP.
Approving (paying) or requesting a revision
After reviewing, choose one of two actions.
- If there is no problem, tap [Approve deliverable]. The base reward (plus any additional points the influencer requested and you accepted) is paid in points immediately, with no need to wait 14 days.
- If it needs work, tap [Request revision], choose a reason category (guidelines not followed / unrelated deliverable / typos or corrections needed / other), write specifically what needs fixing in "reason for the revision request", and send it with [Send revision request]. The text goes to the influencer as written, and they can revise and submit again. The list shows a "revision requested" chip.
If you sent a revision request by mistake or want to review it again, [Withdraw revision request] reverses it. Withdrawing moves the deliverable back to "awaiting approval" with no money movement, and the approve and revision buttons reappear. The withdraw button is not shown for rejections where a reward had already been paid and then recovered.

Automatic payment after 14 days of no action
If a brand takes no action on a submitted deliverable for 14 days, it is approved automatically (a scheduled process; campaigns with a reward pay it at approval). Items where you explicitly tapped [Request revision], and items with a cancellation request in progress, are excluded from automatic approval. In other words, the design ensures the influencer is not left waiting if you are too busy to review. If you want to finish sooner, approve immediately with [Approve deliverable].
What the influencer receives on payment
Approval (payment) triggers all of the following.
- Campaigns with a reward pay it into the influencer's points balance (campaigns providing only a product or service simply complete, with no payment).
- Any participation deposit placed at application is returned at the same time (a different concept from a "refund", which means cancelling a cash or card payment — returning points is called a "return").
- The application status changes to "completed".
The "revision requested" status
An applicant whose latest deliverable is in a revision-requested state is shown with a yellow "revision requested" chip instead of "submitted", so you can see at a glance who you are waiting on. When they revise and submit again, the chip returns to "submitted" and the approve and revision buttons reappear.
Points people often get confused about
Q. If I am unhappy with a deliverable, does leaving it alone (not requesting a revision) prevent payment? No. If you do nothing, it is approved automatically 14 days after submission (and campaigns with a reward pay then). To stop automatic approval, you must tap [Request revision].
Q. Does requesting a revision mean the reward is never paid? No. A revision request asks the influencer to fix and resubmit. Once they resubmit you can approve again, and campaigns with a reward pay at that approval.
Q. Can an approval (payment) be undone? Completed payments cannot be reversed. Approving or requesting a revision is only possible before payment (while awaiting approval), so review carefully before tapping.
