Editing a campaign, cancelling a selection, extending deadlines
한국어How to edit a published campaign, extend its deadlines and cancel a selection, and how points are returned in each case.
What can be edited after publishing
You can still edit a published campaign at /biz/campaigns/[campaign ID]/edit (click the campaign in the campaign list, then [Edit campaign]). What can be edited differs between a campaign with no applicants yet and one that already has them.
- Campaign type (delivery, visit, purchase), social channel and deposit settings are always locked after publishing.
- Once there is at least one applicant, the product information, reward per person, number of recruits, recruiting start date and recruiting closing date lock as well. This protects influencers who applied on the basis of those terms.
- The remaining fields — title, description, images, guidelines, notices, contact details — can be edited freely, with or without applicants.
- Completed campaigns are locked entirely and cannot be edited.
Extending deadlines (the recruiting period)
The recruiting closing date and the content submission deadline are adjusted not on the editing screen but with the [Change deadline] button on each row of the campaign list (/biz/campaigns).
- The recruiting closing date can be brought forward as well as extended (setting it to today closes recruiting at midnight tonight).
- The submission deadline can only be brought forward while there are no applicants; once even one person has applied, it can only be extended. This protects influencers who applied on the basis of that date. Extending the submission deadline also pushes back the individual deadlines of selected influencers who have not submitted yet.
- The recruiting closing date cannot be set later than the submission deadline (which would create the contradiction of "recruiting is over but the deadline has not arrived").
Cancelling a selection and returning rewards
To drop an influencer you have already selected, use individual selection cancellation rather than cancelling the campaign. On the applicant management screen (/biz/campaigns/[campaign ID]/applicants), tick a selected influencer who has not yet submitted a deliverable, tap [Request cancellation] and choose a reason.
A selection cancellation cannot be confirmed by one side alone: the other party (the influencer) has to accept. Conversely, when an influencer requests a cancellation, the brand chooses [Accept] or [Decline] on screen. Once confirmed, the handling depends on which side was at fault.
- Cancellation on the influencer's side: the deposit they placed does not go back to them but is passed to the brand (the campaign contact), and the reward (and creation fee) the brand paid is returned as points.
- Cancellation on the brand's side: the influencer's deposit is returned in full, and the reward the brand paid is returned as points (the creation fee is not returned — creation costs are the brand's own by principle).
If a cancellation request is left unanswered, it is confirmed automatically 7 days after the request. The applicant management screen shows "if neither side responds, this is cancelled automatically 7 days after the request" along with the scheduled date for each item, so respond as promptly as you can when you receive one.
What comes back is not a "refund" paid out to a card or in cash, but a "return" that tops up your brand points balance.
Returning the budget when a campaign is cancelled
Cancelling the whole campaign is possible only while no influencer has been selected. Tap [Cancel recruiting] at the top of the applicant management screen and confirm at "are you sure?". If anyone has already been selected, the button is unavailable and you have to handle each influencer individually through "cancelling a selection" above.
When a whole campaign is cancelled, the part of the pre-paid reward budget that has not been used (the share not paid to influencers) is returned as points in full. Deposits placed by applicants are returned at the same time.
