Accepting, declining and working through a collaboration proposal

한국어

How to accept, decline or counter a brand proposal, and how submission and payment work after you accept.

Proposals sent by brands appear in the /proposals list or in your notifications, and you respond on the detail screen (/proposals/[id]). Unlike a campaign application, a proposal is a direct request where the brand has already placed the reward in escrow, so work starts as soon as you accept.

Accepting or declining

The Accept and Decline buttons are at the bottom of the proposal detail screen. 제안 응답수락하기SNS 채널 확인 (배송 제안은 배송지 입력까지) 후 수락거절하기거절 사유 선택 후 리워드·수수료 브랜드에 반환

  • Accept: if the social channel the proposal needs is not connected yet, a channel connection window opens first; once you finish, the acceptance goes through automatically.
  • Decline: opens a window to choose a reason. Pick one (required), add a message if you like (optional) and tap Decline. Declining returns the escrowed reward and the sending fee to the brand as they were.
  • If you do not respond within the response deadline (set by the brand when sending, 7 days by default and adjustable between 3 and 30 days), the proposal expires automatically, and the reward and fee are returned to the brand in that case too.

Changing the terms (counter-proposal)

If the brand allowed counter-proposals, a "Terms not quite right? Send a counter-proposal" button appears under the accept and decline buttons. Tap it to choose the terms you want.

  1. Choose I can take part for the product alone or I need an additional reward.
  2. If you want an additional reward, enter the amount you would like (in units of 100P).
  3. Add a message for the brand if you like (optional) and tap Send counter-proposal.

Once sent, the screen shows "counter-proposal sent; waiting for the brand to accept or decline", and you cannot send another until the brand responds. If the brand accepts, any additional reward is placed in escrow with no extra fee and the proposal moves straight into progress. If the brand declines, the proposal ends and the escrowed amount and fee are returned.

What happens after you accept

Accepting changes the status to accepted and a "submit deliverable" button appears. There is no separate "start work" step; you can submit right away.

  1. Create the content, then tap Submit deliverable and attach the URL (a link to your review and so on) or files.
  2. When the brand reviews and approves it, the proposal is complete, and proposals with a reward pay it at that moment.
  3. If the brand does nothing for 14 days after your submission, it is approved automatically (and any reward is paid then).
  4. If the brand requests a revision — for a guideline breach, for example — you can read the reason and submit again.

If something comes up and you have to stop partway, use the cancellation request button at the bottom of the screen to request a mutual cancellation; the other party has to approve before it is confirmed.

Submitting and payment

  • On the submission screen, submit at least one of a URL or files (up to 30 files, with a size limit per file).
  • After submitting, the status shows "awaiting brand approval", and if there is an automatic approval and payment date it is shown (for example, "automatic approval and payment on 7/17").
  • Once approved and paid, the status changes to completed and the reward appears in your points history.
