Managing influencers with favorites, notes and groups

Adding a favorite

When you find an influencer you like, you can save them for later. Tap the [favorite] button (the heart icon) in the influencer list on influencer discovery (/discover) and they are saved immediately; the button changes to "favorited". Your saved list lives under Business Center > Favorites (/biz/mylist). How many you can save depends on your subscription plan — 100 with no subscription, 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, unlimited on Pro.

Leaving notes

Every row of the favorites list (/biz/mylist) has a notes field. Tapping it lets you write two kinds of note.

1. Favorite note — a short note visible only in this saved list.
2. Shared note — the combined note your business account keeps about that influencer. It is exactly the same content as the "shared note" on a campaign's applicant management screen, so whichever screen you write it on, it shows on the other. It is never visible to the influencer or to anyone outside your account.

Both kinds of note can be edited or deleted later.

Sorting into groups

Tapping [group] on a row lets you type a name of your own (for example "summer campaign" or "work with again", up to 40 characters) or pick a group you already created. An influencer can belong to only one group (no multiple groups). Once groups are set, the group filter at the top of the list quickly narrows candidates by season or campaign, which helps when you approach people again.

Sending a bulk proposal from your saved list

Tick the checkboxes of several influencers in the favorites list and a bulk action bar appears at the top of the screen.

• [Bulk proposal]: opens the bulk proposal form (/biz/proposals/bulk) addressed to the influencers you selected.
• [Send a message]: messages the selected influencers directly.

Even without selecting anyone, the [bulk proposal] button at the top right opens the bulk proposal screen for your whole favorites list.
