How to send a bulk proposal to many influencers
한국어Writing a bulk proposal to up to 1,000 influencers at once, with response deadlines, cost and how held points are returned.
What a bulk proposal is
A bulk proposal sends the same collaboration proposal to many influencers at once. You write it at /biz/proposals/bulk, choosing recipients from your favorites or by search and sending from a single screen.
- You can select up to 1,000 people at a time. There is no limit on how many times you send, so if you have more recipients, send them in batches of 1,000.
- Sending a bulk proposal requires the Growth Plan or above. With no subscription or on Starter you can still look around the form, but the send button is locked and an upgrade notice appears. In that case use a direct proposal to approach influencers one at a time (→ Sending a direct proposal).
Choosing recipients
- Open
/biz/proposals/bulk. At the top you can choose the sending brand (if you run more than one). - The influencers you have added to favorites appear in the list first. You can also search by name or nickname (typing two or more characters searches all influencers).
- Select influencers one by one, or use select all to add them in one go. The screen shows something like "12/1,000 selected", and trying to go past the limit brings up "you can propose to up to 1,000 people at a time". Select all past the limit adds only the first 1,000.
- You can also start from the influencers you picked out on the favorites screen.
Writing the type, product details and guidelines
After choosing recipients you fill in the proposal itself. The fields are the same as for a direct proposal.
- Campaign type (delivery, visit, purchase and so on), how the product is provided, on-site details (store or venue address, depending on the type)
- Product / service details, reward amount in points — leave it at zero and influencers can counter-propose their own terms.
- Content guidelines, things to note, and the content submission deadline
You can load a proposal you sent earlier, change a few details and send it again. Content you use often can be saved as a proposal template to write faster next time.
Setting the response deadline
You set how long influencers have to accept or decline. It can be 3 to 30 days, and the default is 7 days. The content submission deadline can only be set to a date after the response deadline.
Cost and returns
- Bulk proposals open at Growth and above, and those plans have no proposal sending fee at all (with no subscription or on Starter it is 5,000P per proposal). So there is no separate sending fee on a bulk proposal either.
- If you set a reward, points equal to reward × number of recipients are held in escrow. You can check this in advance under "estimated total cost" at the bottom of the screen, and a warning appears if your points balance is short.
- If an influencer declines, if the response deadline passes with no response, or if you withdraw the proposal after sending, the points held for that person are returned to your points balance.
- Once an influencer accepts, content submission, approval and payment work exactly as they do for a campaign.
