Checking brand payment and top-up history and your points balance

한국어

How to check your points balance and your top-up, usage and return history on the payments screen, and how to export it to Excel.

Balance and spending at a glance

The top of Points & payments (/biz/payments) in the Business Center shows your current points balance. That number is what you can actually spend right now on publishing campaigns, sending proposals and buying on the Market.

The top up points button just below takes you to the top-up screen (/biz/payments/charge), where you can add points by bank transfer.

Filtering top-up and usage history

The payment / points history table under the balance lists everything so far — top-ups, campaign payments, proposals sent, Market purchases, returns and the rest — in chronological order.

If there is a lot of it, narrow the range with the filters at the top.

  1. Start date / end date — set a date range. Leave it empty to see the whole period.
  2. Type — all / top-up / campaign / proposal / gift / Market / other.
  3. Search by number or content — search on a campaign number or part of the text.
  4. Set your conditions and tap search to refresh the table.

Spending by campaign, proposal and Market

Each row of the table shows the following.

  • Type chip — whether the row is a payment, a disbursement, a return and so on.
  • Content — the number and name of the campaign or proposal involved (tap a campaign name to open it).
  • Details — extra information such as the influencer (avatar and nickname), a change in the number of spots, or reward unit price × people.
  • Payment status — payment complete, awaiting payment, paid, and so on.
  • Amount actually paid — what you paid by card or transfer (including VAT, excluding anything covered by points or coupons).
  • Points — the points added (+) or deducted (−) by that row. Hovering over the number sometimes breaks it down into reward and fee.
  • Proof — the issuing status of the tax invoice, cash receipt and so on.

Exporting the history (Excel)

Once the filters are set the way you want, tap download Excel to the right of the table to get the whole history matching the current filters (period, type, search term) as an Excel (xlsx) file. It contains every matching row, not just the page on screen, so you can use it directly for reconciliation or internal reporting.

Issuing a tax invoice is a separate process. See the related article below.
