How to top up brand points by bank transfer

How to top up brand points by bank transfer, and when the points appear after you pay.

What points are and where they are used

Points are the prepaid balance you use on inlink to publish campaigns and to send proposals to influencers. When you publish a campaign, the reward budget (the amount that will go to participants) is deducted from your points up front, and while you have no subscription the publishing fee for the number of spots is deducted in points as well. Sending a direct proposal also charges the proposal amount in points.

Your current balance is shown as "points balance" at the top of /biz/payments/charge. If you are short, top up as described below.

How to top up — bank transfer

Points are currently topped up in one way only: bank transfer. There is no card top-up yet; cards are used to pay directly on the campaign publishing and subscription screens.

  1. Choose the amount on /biz/payments/charge. You can pick 100,000P, 300,000P, 500,000P or 1,000,000P, or type an amount yourself. Typed amounts start from 10,000P and go in units of 1,000P.
  2. Enter the depositor name. It must match the name the transfer will actually come from, or confirmation is delayed.
  3. Choose the proof of expense you want (tax invoice, cash receipt, or none) and fill in what it needs. If your organization already has a business registration number, company name, representative name and receiving email on file, they are filled in for you.
  4. Check the payment amount. The amount shown to transfer is the points plus 10% VAT.
  5. Tap the "request a top-up of KRW N" button. Once the request is filed, the bank, account number and account holder to pay are shown on screen.
  6. Transfer to that account, using the same depositor name you entered in the request.

Payment is due within 7 days of the request; a request that is not paid by then is cancelled automatically.

When the points appear

Once the transfer is confirmed, the points are credited within one hour on business days. Transfers made at the weekend or on a public holiday can take longer.

  • If the depositor name differs from the one in the request, confirmation takes longer, so please keep them identical.
  • You can follow the progress under "recent top-ups" at the bottom of /biz/payments/charge. The status goes awaiting payment → top-up complete, and shows rejected or expired if something went wrong.
  • Before you transfer, you can cancel the request on the payments screen.

The points balance actually credited is the authoritative figure; the list on screen is the record of how it got there.

About tax invoices

If you choose "tax invoice" as your proof of expense, you enter the business registration number, company name, representative name and receiving email. The electronic tax invoice is issued automatically once the transfer is confirmed. You can store these details in advance in your organization settings (see the related article).

Cash receipts (for business expense or income deduction) are also issued automatically once the transfer is confirmed.
