What the Market is (and how it differs from campaigns and proposals)
The Market is where you pick and buy a service an influencer has already listed, such as content production or short-form video. There is no need to post a call and wait for applicants as you would with a campaign, or to negotiate one by one through a direct proposal — you order the service you like straight away. It suits you when you want content quickly.
Buying a service and choosing options
Find the service you want on the Market and open its page to see the price, the turnaround, how many revisions are included, how many orders have been completed and the rating. If the service has several options (basic, extended and so on), choose one to compare price and terms, then tap buy to go to the order screen. Before ordering it is worth using the ask the seller button to agree on your requirements in chat.
Payment and protection of the terms you bought
You pay with points or by card / easy payment. The amount is not handed to the influencer straight away: inlink holds it safely until the work is confirmed complete — this is escrow. On top of that, the service description and price as they were at the moment of purchase are stored with the order, so if the seller later changes the description or the price, your terms do not change. You can check them any time from the order page with "view the service as it was at purchase".
Seller acceptance, production and confirming completion
Once your order is placed the seller reviews it and starts work. When the seller submits the deliverable the status changes to "submitted", and you check the work and tap approve the deliverable. In the window that opens, give a rating and a review and tap confirm completion + post review to close the order. The influencer is paid at the moment you confirm. If the deliverable is not what you asked for, you can request a revision, and if you take no action the order is completed automatically 14 days after submission. To cancel an order that is under way, ask the inlink team in chat.
Platform fee and reviews
On a Market purchase the platform fee is added on top of the sale price according to the buyer's (the brand's) subscription level: 15% with no subscription, 10% on Starter, and 0% (waived) on Growth and Pro. See the subscription plans article for what each level includes. Once an order is complete you can leave one review (rating and photos included) within 30 days.
