How to invite team members and set their roles
한국어How to invite colleagues by email and give them roles so your team can run campaigns together inside one organization.
If several people need to work on the same brand account, there is no need to create extra accounts — invite them to the organization (company) as team members. This article covers how to invite people and what the roles mean.
Organization and team structure
Signing up for inlink as a business automatically creates an organization (company) of your own. An organization can hold several team members, and each member has one of three roles.
- Owner: the person who created the organization at sign-up. There is one per organization, and the owner cannot be replaced or removed. The owner has every permission, including payment and member management.
- Admin: can manage payments and members.
- Member: can run campaigns only.
You manage the team at Business Center > Settings > Organization > Members & roles (/biz/settings/members).
Inviting a team member by email
- Tap invite member on the "members & roles" screen. (Only the owner and admins see it.)
- Enter the email of the person you are inviting.
- Choose the role, Admin or Member.
- Add a message if you like (optional, up to 200 characters).
- Tap send invitation. The invitation is created and an email goes out to that address.
You cannot invite an email that already belongs to another organization, or one that is already a member of this one.
If an unaccepted invitation already exists for the same email, the existing one is reused rather than a new one created. In the "pending invitations" list you can use copy link to pass the invitation link (/invite/[token]) on yourself, or the resend and cancel invitation buttons.
Depending on your plan there may be a limit on how many team members you can invite (members plus pending invitations combined). When you reach it, a notice appears as you invite.

Assigning roles
Roles differ in what they can do. The same table appears on the right of the "members & roles" screen.
| Item | Owner | Admin | Member |
|---|---|---|---|
| Edit organization details | Yes | Yes | — |
| Register an email domain | Yes | — | — |
| Invite and remove members | Yes | Yes | — |
| Change roles | Yes | — | — |
| Publish campaigns | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Top up points | Yes | Yes | — |
| Make payments | Yes | Yes | — |
| Send direct proposals | Yes | Yes | Yes |
- The role you set at invitation can be changed later by the owner on the "members & roles" screen. Only the owner can change roles, and the owner's own role cannot be changed.
- The owner cannot be removed from the organization. Any other member can be removed from the list by the owner or an admin (nobody can remove themselves).
- The owner and admins can open each member's activity log (campaigns published, top-up requests and so on) with the activity icon beside their name.
Approving join requests and managing the team
If the organization has an email domain registered (Organization > Organization details; owner only), anyone who signs up with an email on that domain can ask to join automatically.
- A pending join requests list appears at the top of the "members & roles" screen.
- Check the requester's details and tap approve or decline.
- Approving adds them to the organization with the Member role.
- You can leave a reason when declining (optional).
For registering and managing the email domain, see Organization settings and brand verification.
