Creating proposal templates and setting response deadlines
한국어How to save and reuse proposal templates for repeat outreach, set response deadlines, and what happens when a proposal expires unanswered.
If you send proposals on the same terms to many influencers, saving a proposal template and loading it is far quicker than writing each one from scratch. You manage templates at /biz/proposals/templates.
Creating and saving a template
- Tap new template on
/biz/proposals/templates. - Enter the template name (at least 2 characters), a description, the campaign type, how the product is provided, the budget range, guidelines and things to note, the product name, the product information URL and the site URL.
- The content submission deadline is set as a number of days (1 to 90), not a date. Because templates are reused, it is calculated as "N days after the proposal", so the actual deadline (sending date + N days) is set when you send.
- Tap save template to add it to the list.
If you have already sent proposals, the "create from a past proposal" list on the right of the template screen lets you load one and save it as a template.
Loading a template and sending
- On the screen where you write a new direct proposal (
/proposals/new), open load template. - Choose a saved template and the title, description, campaign type, how the product is provided, guidelines, social channels, budget and other fields fill in automatically.
- Check and adjust only what changes per proposal — the recipient, the reward, the response deadline and the content submission deadline — then send.
- Each time you load a template its "used N times" count goes up, so you can see at a glance which ones you rely on.
How to set the response deadline (3 to 30 days)
- The response deadline is how long the influencer has to accept or decline. It can be 3 to 30 days, and the default is 7 days.
- The content submission deadline can only be set to a date after the response deadline.
- The response deadline is set when you actually send (on the direct or bulk proposal screen) and is not stored in the template. The template stores only "how many days until content is due", which is recalculated from the sending date.
What happens when a proposal expires unanswered
- If the influencer neither accepts nor declines by the response deadline, the proposal moves to expired automatically.
- Any reward you held when sending (the escrow) and the per-proposal sending fee you paid without a subscription (5,000P) are then returned to your points balance. The same applies when a proposal is declined or withdrawn before a response.
- You can see the returns on the payment history screen.
