Reviewing applicants and selecting influencers

한국어

How to review applicant profiles and select influencers, whether selection costs extra, and how non-selection and deposit returns work.

Reviewing the applicant list and profiles

Once applications arrive, you review them at /biz/campaigns/[campaign ID]/applicants (applicant management within the campaign details). The top of the screen shows the target number, applicants, selected and not selected at a glance.

Each row shows the nickname, connected social channels, any collaboration history with your other campaigns, and the cancellation rate across all campaigns. For privacy, the name, phone number and full delivery address are revealed in full only for selected influencers; at the application stage and for applicants who were not selected, the server returns masked values (for example 010-****-****).

Setting your criteria and using stars

When there are many applicants, the star (★) icon on each row lets you mark people with a color. Choosing "★ starred first" in the sort options groups starred applicants at the top. To mark several people with the same color at once, select them with the checkboxes and use the bulk star button at the top.

You can also search by nickname or name in real time, and filter by status tab (all, applied, selected, not selected, submitted, completed, cancellation requested, cancelled).

Selecting

Tick the applicants you want and tap the [Select] button at the top (a fixed action bar at the bottom on mobile). You can also select directly from an individual row. When it completes, the screen shows "selection complete — see selected influencers in the 'selected' tab", and the selected influencers receive an app push and an email.

With many applicants you do not have to tap each one. Tick the first row you want, then hold Shift and tick the last row to select everything between them. Holding Shift and tapping a row that is already selected clears the range instead. Once you have your selection, use the bulk buttons — [Select], [Not selected], stars, send message — as usual.

Changing the sort, the search or the status tab changes which rows are listed, so the starting point resets. Tap your starting row again in that case. Phones have no Shift key, so select one at a time there.

For campaigns with a reward, you cannot select more people than you recruited for. The reward budget for the full number of recruits was paid up front when the campaign was created, so the system blocks selections beyond that limit. To take on more people, adjust the number of recruits in campaign editing (the difference is settled at that point).

Selecting costs nothing extra

Selecting applicants does not cost anything additional. The reward budget — "recruits × reward per person" — was paid in full when the campaign was created, and selection simply decides who within that budget receives the reward. One exception: for a campaign whose fee was waived by a paid subscription, if a banner appears saying "selection is restricted because your subscription has expired; renew to continue selecting", you need to renew before selecting.

Marking applicants as not selected, and deposit returns

Tick the applicants you will not select and tap [Not selected]. The screen confirms with "marked as not selected", and the deposit each of them placed to take part is returned automatically. Those influencers receive a quiet notification, and their personal details such as name and phone number are no longer shown on brand screens.

Selecting and not-selecting apply only to applicants still in the "applied" state, whose outcome has not been decided. They do not apply to people already selected who have submitted or completed their deliverable.

Next steps

After selection, delivery-type campaigns move on to registering tracking numbers and checking delivery, and from there to reviewing and approving the deliverables that influencers submit.
