Creating an experience campaign, with AI-assisted drafting
한국어The whole process of creating an experience campaign on inlink — setting the type, recruits and reward, and publishing it.
What to prepare
Having these ready before you start makes the process much faster.
- Information about the product or service — the product name, its features, and what kind of content you want (the guidelines)
- A cover image — 1:1 square, 1,000×1,000px or larger recommended (JPG/PNG). Photos uploaded on the creation screen are cropped and optimised to 1:1 automatically.
- The number of recruits and the reward per person (points) — the full
reward × recruitsis charged the moment you publish, so check your budget in advance. See The full cost of an experience campaign for the calculation. - Your points balance — if it is short, you will need to charge points at the payment step.
Campaign creation starts in the Business Center (/biz/campaigns/new).
Creating a campaign by entering the details
The creation screen has four steps: basic information → details → payment → done.
① Basic information
- Choose the brand the campaign runs under (with several brands, the most recently used appears first; a new brand can be added on the spot).
- Choose the campaign type — social content, shopping-mall review, photo/video (model), seeding (product sponsorship), survey, or event/mission. The differences are covered in Choosing between campaign types.
- Set the delivery method (delivery-type, visit-type, purchase-type and so on) and the recruiting period (start and closing date). Entering a closing date fills the content submission deadline automatically as "closing date + 14 days", which you can adjust.
- If you were drafting earlier, use load draft or load a previous campaign at the top. Your work is saved automatically every three seconds.
② Details
- Enter the campaign title, the product description and the guidelines (what kind of content you want). Guidelines are required for every type except seeding.
- Upload the cover image.
- At the bottom of the screen, the inlink operating policy that applies to every campaign is shown as a fixed notice (no reselling of provided products, no AI-produced content and so on). Brands cannot edit these items.
③ Payment
- The reward points (reward per person × recruits), the campaign fee and the total payment including VAT are calculated and shown automatically. Without a subscription, the fee scales with the number of recruits; with a subscription it is waived or reduced to a flat amount — see The full cost of an experience campaign for the structure and Subscription plans for the benefits.
- If your points balance covers the whole amount, payment defaults to points in full; anything short is paid by card or simple payment (Toss).
- Agree to the terms and tap Pay and publish; payment and publication happen together.
④ Done
Once payment completes, a "your campaign has been published" screen appears and the campaign is live and open to applications.
Payment at publication, budget paid up front
- A campaign is charged not when you save a draft but the moment you publish it: the full reward budget plus the creation fee. The budget for the full number of recruits is secured in advance (escrow), regardless of how many apply or are selected.
- Rewards for recruits you did not select, and the remaining budget if you cancel the campaign, are returned as points.
What can be changed after publishing
You can still extend the deadline, edit some content, and undo an incorrect selection after publishing. For what can be changed and until when, see Editing a campaign, undoing a selection, extending the deadline.
