Getting started and accounts

Q. What is inlink? inlink is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers. Brands open campaigns, influencers apply, and selected influencers create content. Campaigns, proposals and Market orders are carried safely from start to settlement. Influencers take part and receive rewards (points) that can be withdrawn as cash, or receive products and services at no cost. Every transaction is protected by escrow — in plain terms, inlink holds the money in the middle and releases it only once the work is done.

Q. I cannot log in. Log in with the same method you used to sign up (email / Naver / Kakao). If you came over from ReviewShare, a social login can create a new account, so read the "ReviewShare account split" item below first. If that does not help, message the inlink team by chat with your signup email. See the login troubleshooting article for more.

Q. Why is phone verification needed, and how do I change my number afterwards? Phone verification confirms who you are and lets you receive important notifications (selection, deadlines, withdrawals). If your number changes, verify again under My Page > Account.

Q. I was a ReviewShare member, but logging in with Naver or Kakao created a new account and my old points and campaigns are missing. Accounts that came over from ReviewShare have no social login linked, so signing in with a social account can create a new one — and your old points and campaign history do not appear on it. Message the inlink team by chat with the email, nickname and phone number you used on ReviewShare, and we will connect it to the old account and restore your history.

Q. How do I close my account? At the bottom of My Page > Account, under "Close account". Give a reason (optional), agree to the notice, and it closes. After closing, the account can no longer be used and your profile and activity history are gone. You cannot log in with that account again, though you can always sign up anew.

Q. What happens to my points if I close my account? Your points balance is lost at closure, so withdraw anything withdrawable first. Closure is also blocked while you have a campaign, proposal or transaction in progress, or while a recent deliverable has not finished approval and settlement. The test for the block is not "have I received everything" but "have three months passed since my most recent submission". The exact date is shown as "earliest closure date" on the closure screen.

Q. What happens to my subscription if I close my account? The subscription ends with the closure and the remaining period is lost. There is no automatic refund.

Q. Can I receive selection and deadline notifications on KakaoTalk? At the moment, selection notifications go out by app push and email, and some notifications such as deadlines and withdrawals go out by text message (to members who have consented).

Q. I want to stop receiving marketing and recommendation emails. Promotional mail such as the weekly campaign recommendations stops as soon as you tap "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. You can also turn marketing and event messages off under My Page > Notification settings. Notifications essential to transactions — selection, settlement, withdrawals — continue regardless of that setting.

Q. When will I get an answer to my inquiry? Inquiries in chat with the inlink team are answered in the order they arrive. Including the campaign number or payment details with a campaign or payment question makes it much faster.

Q. What can influencers do on inlink, and does it cost anything? You apply to campaigns posted by brands, or collaborate on proposals brands send you directly, and receive rewards (points) after posting your content. Points can be withdrawn as cash. Using inlink as an influencer is completely free, and anyone can start regardless of follower count.

Q. How do I connect my social channels (Instagram, blog, YouTube and so on)? Add your accounts under My Page > Social channels. Connecting a channel brings metrics such as followers and views into your profile and lets you apply to campaigns that suit that channel type. Some campaigns require a specific channel to be connected in order to apply.

Q. Can other people see my legal name? No. Public profiles, other influencers' screens and search results show only your nickname or social address. Your legal name is visible in three cases only: ① the brand that selected you, ② a brand whose proposal you accepted, ③ yourself.

Q. How do I change my nickname and profile photo? Under My Page > Edit profile. You can upload or change the profile photo at any time by tapping the photo area. Your nickname, however, can be changed only once in the lifetime of the account, so choose carefully. We also suggest avoiding a nickname change while a collaboration is under way, so the brand is not confused.

Campaigns

Q. How do I apply to a campaign? Find a campaign you want and tap [Apply to this campaign]. Applying places the participation deposit (your own points), and collaboration begins if you are selected. See the campaign application article for the full steps.

Q. What is the "participation deposit", and where do I see it? It is points placed as a pledge against no-shows, non-submission and guideline breaches when you apply. It is returned when you complete the deliverable after selection (or included in the reward), and returned automatically if you are not selected. If you abandon the campaign after selection, the deposit may be passed to the campaign contact. The amount placed is shown on the campaign application screen.

Q. When do I get the deposit back if I am not selected? Once the "not selected" result is final, the deposit is returned to your points balance automatically. Non-selection is processed in bulk, so the return happens quietly without a separate notification. You can see it in your points history; if it is not there, tell the inlink team by chat.

Q. How do I know I have been "selected"? We notify you by app push and email. You can also see the status under My Page > My activity (the activity screen).

Q. I was selected but no purchase instructions or link arrived. (purchase-type campaign) For many campaigns the contact sends the purchase instructions individually. If the information is not on the campaign page, please ask the campaign contact.

Q. The actual product price in a purchase-type campaign differs from what was stated. Prices change and items sell out, so the stated price and the price you pay can differ. This can leave you out of pocket, so check before paying, and if the difference is large, ask the campaign contact to adjust or cancel before you go ahead.

Q. What do I upload as my deliverable? The link (URL) or a screenshot of the post you wrote as the campaign requested. A photo of the product alone is not accepted as a deliverable and may be rejected. Always submit the screenshot or link of the post you published.

Q. I submitted and received a "revision request (rejection)". That is the brand sending it back for resubmission when the deliverable falls short of the campaign guidelines. Make the changes described and submit again.

Points and withdrawals

Q. Did the points I built up on ReviewShare or ShortformShare carry over? Yes, balances were migrated to inlink. If old points are missing, it is usually the "ReviewShare account split" described above, so check that guidance. The actual balance is held safely.

Q. What happens to the subscription and benefits I had on ReviewShare? Only the last subscription you paid for on ReviewShare carries over as it was. After that period ends, you need to purchase a subscription on inlink to continue.

Q. When do rewards (points) arrive? For campaigns with a reward, you submit the deliverable and it is paid after the brand approves. If the brand does nothing for 14 days it is approved automatically (submission + 14 days) — so payment arrives 14 days after submission at the latest. Campaigns that provide only a product or service complete at approval with no points payment. If the settlement date has passed and nothing has arrived, tell the inlink team by chat with the campaign number.

Q. How do I withdraw points as cash? Through the "points" menu > withdrawal request. The points are deducted the moment you request it and a confirmation email is sent; payment is made in bulk on the 10th of the following month (the next weekday if that is a weekend). If a request is declined, the deducted points are returned.

Q. Why is a resident registration number needed to withdraw? A withdrawal is a payment of income, so tax law requires real-name verification and withholding tax reporting. That is why the number is collected. What you enter is held securely and is not used for anything other than tax reporting.

Q. My points balance shows as 0, or I see a withdrawal I do not recognize. Your actual balance is held safely. The display problem where entries looked mixed up after the migration from the earlier service (ReviewShare) has already been fixed. If something still looks wrong, tell the inlink team by chat and we will check your actual balance. Even when the display is wrong, your money is safe.

Q. I would like a certificate of termination. A certificate of termination documents your activity period on inlink and the fact that the activity has ended; it is used for unemployment benefit applications, proof of income and similar. Issue it yourself under Help center > "document issuance" > certificate of termination. If you have completed points withdrawals, your name, date of birth and engagement period are filled in automatically (and can be adjusted), and you choose the purpose, then save as PDF or print. Without a completed points withdrawal it cannot be issued, so withdraw your points first and try again.

Proposals and Market

Q. Who pays the Market fee, and how much does the seller receive? On a Market purchase the platform fee is added to the sale price and paid by the buyer (the brand), at a rate set by their subscription plan (no subscription 15%, Starter 10%, Growth and Pro 0%). The seller (the influencer) receives the full sale price. Direct proposals have no percentage fee; only brands with no subscription and brands on Starter pay 5,000P per proposal sent.

Q. A brand sent me a "proposal". How does it work? The proposal arrives in your inbox with a notification. Look at the terms and accept, decline, or send a "counter-proposal" with different terms. Accepting starts the collaboration, and the rest (submit → approval within 14 days → payment) works exactly like a campaign. If you do not respond, it expires automatically after 7 days by default.

Q. Can I sell my own services on Market? Yes. You can register services (photography, editing, content production and so on) on Market and sell them. When a brand buys, the payment is held safely in escrow, and it is settled once you deliver the work. For Market orders created now, the fee is added on top of the sale price and paid by the buyer (the brand), so the seller receives the full sale price (the same basis as the Market fee item above).
