Frequently asked questions from brands and businesses (inlink FAQ)
한국어An FAQ landing page collecting the questions brands ask most, by category — campaigns, payments, tax invoices, proposals and more.
Here are the questions brand managers ask most, from publishing a campaign through payments and tax invoices, proposals and influencer discovery, to account and organization management. Find your question for a short answer, and follow the link if you want the detail.
Campaigns
Q. How do I publish an experience campaign?
At /biz/campaigns/new you can have AI draft it for you in conversation, or enter the type, number of spots, reward and mission yourself. See Publishing an experience campaign for the full process.
Q. How much does publishing a campaign cost? The moment you publish, the whole reward budget (reward per person × number of spots) is paid up front. On top of that, with no subscription the publishing fee (number of spots × 5,000P) is charged as well; with a subscription it is waived or reduced (fully waived on Growth and Pro; on Starter for social content campaigns only, with other types costing 5,000P per campaign published). See The full cost of an experience campaign, which includes worked examples.
Q. How do I select from the applicants, and does selecting cost extra?
Open campaign detail > applicant management (/biz/campaigns/[id]/applicants) to see applicant profiles and select. Because the reward was paid in full when you published, selecting does not cost anything extra. See Reviewing applicants and selecting influencers.
Q. How do I check submitted deliverables, and when is the reward paid? On the applicant management screen, check the submitted review URL and screenshots, then tap [approve] or [request a revision]. Doing nothing for 14 days approves it automatically, and a campaign with a reward pays it at that point. See Reviewing deliverables, requesting revisions and paying rewards.
Q. Can I edit a published campaign or cancel a selection?
Yes. Some fields and the deadline can still be changed at /biz/campaigns/[id]/edit after publishing. If you cancel a selection or the campaign itself, the held reward is returned as points even if you paid by card (it is not a card cancellation). See Editing a campaign, cancelling a selection and extending the deadline.
Payments, points and tax invoices
Q. How do I top up points?
At /biz/payments/charge, a card top-up is immediate, and a bank transfer is credited once the transfer is confirmed and checked by the inlink team. See Topping up points for the full process.
Q. How do I get a tax invoice?
Choose "tax invoice" as your proof of expense when topping up points by bank transfer, and it is issued automatically once the transfer is confirmed and sent to the tax invoice email you registered. If you store your business details in your organization settings (/biz/settings/organization) in advance, they fill in automatically when you top up. See How to get a tax invoice.
Q. What does a subscription change, and what does it cost? A subscription waives or reduces the campaign publishing fee and lowers or waives the Market purchase and direct proposal fees. Three plans are on sale: Starter (KRW 100,000/month), Growth (KRW 150,000/month) and Pro (KRW 300,000/month), all excluding VAT, with 30% off when paid annually. See inlink brand subscription plans for the full comparison.
Q. If I cancel a campaign or a proposal is declined, do I get the money back? Yes. Even if you paid by card, cancelled, declined and unselected portions are returned as points (which is different from a "refund", the cancellation of an actual card payment). Unless you are cancelling a top-up request before transferring, ask the inlink team in chat when a payment has already gone through and you need the money itself back in cash or on the card. See The difference between a points return and a card refund.
Proposals and discovery
Q. Can I propose a collaboration to a specific influencer directly? Yes — a direct proposal lets you approach the influencer you want. With no subscription or on Starter, sending costs 5,000P per proposal (waived on Growth and Pro), and if the influencer declines or the proposal expires unanswered, the held reward and the sending fee are returned in full. See Sending a direct proposal.
Q. Can I send a proposal to many people at once? Yes — a bulk proposal sends the same proposal to many influencers at once. It requires a Growth subscription or above, and on screen both Growth and Pro can select up to 1,000 people per send (Pro has no cap on the total number of recipients, so you can keep sending in batches of 1,000). See Sending a bulk proposal.
Q. Where do I find influencers to work with?
On /discover (influencer discovery) you can filter by channel, category, followers and more. Add the ones you like to your favorites so you can propose to them again later. See Finding influencers.
Account and organization
Q. What do I need to sign up as a brand? Sign up with an email (or a social account), then verify your business with your business registration number. Verification opens features such as tax invoice issuing. See Business sign-up and business verification.
Q. I want to share the brand account with a colleague. Do we need separate accounts?
No — there is no need for a new account; invite them to the organization (company) as a team member. Invite by email at Organization > Members & roles (/biz/settings/members) and choose the Admin or Member role. See Inviting team members and managing roles.
Q. Where do I ask if I still have a question? If you did not find your answer here, leave it through 1:1 inquiry. Including the campaign number or payment details helps us check faster.
